Description

Tie2 Kinase Inhibitor is a cell-permeable pyridinylimidazole which has been reported to act as a potent, reversible, and ATP-binding site-targeting inhibitor of Tie-2(Tie2 )with a reported ~ 200-fold selectivity over p38 MAPK and greater than 10-fold selectivity over Flk-1(VEGFR2), Flt-4 (VEGFR3), and PDGFR-β (PDGFR1β). Additionally, Tie2 Kinase Inhibitor is reported to demonstrate antiangiogenesis activity in a Matrigel assay.
