Description

Rho Kinase Inhibitor II is a pyridyl urea compound that acts as a potent, selective, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of Rock (Rho-associated protein kinase). The compound displays little activity towards Erk, PKA, PKC, PDGFR, or c-Kit/SCFR.
