Description
PRL-3 Inhibitor is a cell-permeable benzylidene rhodanine compound that potently inhibits PRL-3 (hPRL-3), a member of the regenerating liver family tyrosine phosphatases. PRL-3 Inhibitor has been shown to reduce the invasiveness of murine melanoma B16F10 cells.
Soluble in DMSO (5 mg/ml). Slight warming may be necessary for complete solubilization.
