Description

GSK-3∫ Inhibitor XI is a cell-permeable azaindolylmaleimide compound acting as a potent and specific ATP-competitive inhibitor of GSK-3β. GSK-3∫ Inhibitor XI shows minimal inhibition activity in a panel of 79 commonly studied protein kinases. This compound has been shown to increase intracellular glycogen synthase activity in HEK293 cells with an EC50 of 32 nM and demonstrates metabolic stability in human liver microsomes.
