Description

TNF-α Inhibitor is a cell-permeable indolyl-chromenone compound reported to rapidly inactivate TNF-α via non-covalently binding to the TNF-α trimer, promoting subunit dissociation and preventing TNF-α binding to its receptor. Additionally reported to selectively inhibit TNF-α-, but not IL-1β-induced Iκβ-α degradation in HeLa cells.
