Description

13,14-dihydro-15-keto Prostaglandin D₂ is a metabolite of PGD₂ which is formed through the 15-hydroxy PGDH pathway. It has been recently identified as a selective agonist for the DP₂ receptor. Additionally, 13,14-dihydro-15-keto Prostaglandin D₂ has been shown to inhibit ion flux in canine colonic mucosa preparation.
