Tyrphostin AG 1433 is a specific and potent inhibitor of PDGFR-β (IC50 = 5.0 µM) and of Flk-1 (IC50 = 9.3 µM). Tyrphostin AG 1433 also acts as an angiogenesis inhibitor.
