Description

WAY 629 hydrochloride is a selective SR-2C agonist. Ki values are 56, 2350, 1575 and 815 nM for human recombinant SR-2C, SR-2A, SR-6 and SR-7, respectively. WAY 629 hydrochloride stimulates intracellular Ca2+ mobilization in CHO cells expressing human SR-2C (EC50 = 72 nM).
