Description

Stearidonic Acid ethyl ester is a rare polyunsaturated fatty acid of the ω-3 series that represents <0.25% of serum phospholipid fatty acids in normal humans. 1 Shows presence in certain natural oils like echium and black currant seed. This is an exter version of the free acid that is less water soluble.
