Description

Spermine NONOate is a diazenium diolate NO donor compound derived from the polyamine spermine. Spermine NONOate is described to release NO with a half-life of 230 minutes at 22 °C and 39 minutes at 37 °C. Upon dissociation, spermine NONOate releases two moles of NO for each mole of the parent compound.
