Description

Soda lime contains approximately 94% calcium hydroxide and 5% sodium hydroxide with 1% potassium hydroxide. It has been used to absorb carbon dioxide in basal metabolism tests, submarines, rebreathing anesthesia systems and in carbon determinations.
