Description

Pimozide is a D2DR inhibitor and antipsychotic which binds with very high affinity and inhibits SR-7 (Ki = 0.5 nM). Pimozide blocks establishment but not expression of amphetamine produced environment specific conditioning. Pimozide is a calcium channel protein inhibitor.
