Description

1,3-Phenylene diisothiocyanate is a benzene derivatized with two isothiocyanate groups at the 1- and 3-positions. This ITC substitution pattern makes 1,3-Phenylene diisothiocyanate a useful compound for bifunctional conjugations and has been employed in the preparation of irreversible inhibitors of A1 adenosine receptors.
