Description

Sp-8-pCPT-cyclic GMPS Sodium is a potent activator of cGKIα/β and cGKII (cGMP-dependent protein kinase G) as well as PKA (cAMP-dependent protein kinase II). The comound retains excellent cell membrane permeability and phosphodiesterase stability.
