39 omega-Transaminases for the synthesis of chiral amines from a variety of aliphatic and aromatic ketoacids, aldehydes, and ketones

The library of omega-transaminases is able to catalyze regio- and stereoselective synthesis of chiral amines, amino acids and their derivatives from a variety of aliphatic and aromatic ketoacids, aldehydes, ketones and ketoses. Potential amine donors include alpha-amino acids, gamma-aminobutyrate, beta-alanine, sec-butylamine, methylbenzylamine, and iso-propylamine. This kit contains 50 mg of each of 39 omega-Transaminases (without buffer/cofactors); 30 of the same enzymes are also available as a single use kit on a 96-well microtiter plate containing 1mg of each enzyme + Phosphate Buffer System + 0.0005mg PLP + 0.121mg phenylethanamin or + 0.12mg ammonium formate + 0.2 mg formate dehydrogenase (EZK1041.0096).
