Description

Neurokinin-1 Receptor Antagonist is a triazolyl-amide compound that acts as a high-affinity (Ki = 251 nM) antagonist for NK1, the substance P-specific neurokinin receptor. Shown to compete with substance P binding to NK1 on whole CHO cells. Exhibits similar pharmacophore features as, but is structurally distinct from, CP-96345.
