Naphthofluorescein inhibits the invasion of Matrigel by the human fibrosarcoma cell line, HT1080.1 The effects of this furin inhibitor on other furin-mediated processes, in vivo or in vitro, are still unknown. Naphthofluorescein is an inhibitor of Furin.
