N-4-Methoxyphenylretinamide is an effective agent in the chemoprevention and growth modulation of oncogene-induced prostate cancer in the mouse prostate reconstitution model system. N-4-Methoxyphenylretinamide may be effective for the chemoprevention of human prostate cancer.
