ZK118182 is a PG analog that shows potent DP-agonist activity (EC50 = 16.5 nM) and a high nanomolar affinity for the DP receptor (Ki = 74 nM). ZK118182 isopropyl ester is a prodrug formulation of ZK118182 designed to enhance corneal absorption.
