Description
W-12, Hydrochloride is a CaM (calmodulin) antagonist that inhibits MYLK (myosin light chain kinase, IC50 = 300 μM) and PDE (Ca2+-calmodulin-dependent phosphodiesterase,IC50 = 260 μM).
