Description

Hexamethonium bromide hydrate is a nicotinic acetyl choline receptor antagonist. Induces apoptosis and inhibits the stimulatory effect of nicotine on endothelial cell DNA synthesis and proliferation. Hexamethonium bromide hydrate is an inhibitor of AChR α3.
