Description

1-O-Hexadecyl-2-acetyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(N,N,N-trimethyl)-hexanolamine is a PAF antagonist. Shows inhibitory behavior on platelet aggregation, secretion and phospholipid turnover. Inhibits the release of active oxygen from PAF-activated human monocytes from macrophages.
