Description

5'-Guanidinonaltrindole di(trifluoroacetate)is a selective opioid receptor antagonist. GNTI is five-fold more potent and 500-fold more selective than norbinaltorphimine (nor-BNI) for the opioid receptor in smooth muscle preparations.
