Description

Epothilone D (synthetic) is an intermediary obtained in the synthesis of members of the epothilone family, natural polyketide compounds that inhibit cancer cells via a mechanism similar to paclitaxel. It has also been found to be effective against paclitaxel-resistant tumors.
