This kit contains 1 mg of each of 23 Ene Reductases as a single use kit on a 96-well microtiter plate containing 1mg of each enzyme + Phosphate Buffer System + 0.02mg NAD+/NADP+ + 0.4mg D-Glucose + 0.2mg glucose dehydrogenase. The same enzymes are also available as a kit of 50 mg of each enzyme (without buffer/cofactors; EZK1070.0001).
