Description

N-Desmethyl Imatinib is a metabolite of Imatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, displaying specificity for BCR-ABL. BCR-ABL has been shown to enzymatically associate with CML (chronic myelogenous leukemia) and certain forms of ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). N-Desmethyl Imatinib is an inhibitor of Bcr, Arg and c-Abl.
