Description

11-deoxy Prostaglandin F_2α is a synthetic analog of PGF_2α. It has been demonstrated to be a more potent agonist than PGF_2α for inducing smooth muscle contractions in studies of rabbit aorta, guinea pig trachea, and dog saphenous vein. It is approximately 20% less potent than U-46619.
