9,21-Dehydroryanodine is a derivative of the natural product Ryanodine that is demonstrated to interact with Ca²⁺ channels similarly to the parent compound. 9,21-Dehydroryanodine is useful in studies investigating the physiological effects produced by Ryanodine derivatives acting at the Ca²⁺ channels.
