Description

Cortisol-9,11,12,12-d4 is a principal, anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid hormon produced by the adrenal cortex with ACTH-stimulated biosynthesis. Circulates in plasma primarily bound to transcortin (a.k.a. corticosteroid-binding globulin) as well as albumin.
