Description

Bromoconduritol Inhibits mammalian glucosidase II alpha( α-glucosidase II )selectively over α-glucosidase I. Because of its action, bromoconduritol has been observed to block the formation of complex oligosaccharides. In rat L6 myoblasts Bromoconduritol has inhibited myoblast fusion.
