Description

9β,11α-Prostaglandin F2 is the C-9 epimer of PGF2α. This compound has been shown to exhibit negative chronotropic activity, and to act as a bronchodilator. The effects reported are similar to the parent compound, and this product is believed to act as an antagonist of PGF2α activity.
