Description
R-(+)-Baclofen (free base) is a selective GABAB receptor agonist. GABAB receptors are metabotropic receptors which produce slow inhibitory signals. By manipulating GABAB receptor activity using Baclofen, a variety of functions are studied including synaptic transmissions and antinociception events.
