Description

Arachidonoyl Thio-PC is a substrate for all forms of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) including the cytosolic, Ca²⁺-dependent form (cPLA2). Upon hydrolysis of the thioester bond, free thiols are detected using DTNB (Ellmans reagent).
