N-alpha-(9-Fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl)-S-(N-alpha-allyloxycarbonyl)-L-cysteine allyl ester)-L-cysteine

Multifunctional linker carrying free carboxylic acid function for attachment to resin, Fmoc and Alloc protected amino functions and Allyl protected carboxylic ester. The disulfide moiety allows reductive cleavage after internalization or by chemical methods. This linker is a cleavable counterpart to the non-cleavable version FAA5560, hence allowing comparative experiments.
