Description

Adenosine 5'-[γ-thio]triphosphate tetralithium salt is a P2 purinergic receptor agonist that increases activity of Ca2+-activated K+ channels. It can be used as an ATP analog in kinase reactions yielding thiophosphorylated proteins which are resistant to protein phosphatases.
